This was song was brought to my attention and I concluded a few things:

1.  I am so depressed this “music” exists in 2012.  

2.  I would never want to meet anyone who performs a song like this.  Unfortunately, the band is from my own city.  This song not only disgusts me, but makes me feel really sorry for whoever wrote this.  I would like to buy them some counseling sessions, reunite them with their mother, and give them an iPod full of music so they can hear what is happening in 2012 in the rest of the world (that doesn’t sound like sexist diarrhea being dumped into a toilet.)

3.  Because Tumblr is such a caring place, would anyone join with me and contribute funds to getting these men therapy?

i dont even like the music.

as much as i’d like to stay out of this (which is not at all), i’m going to say something about what the person who decided to make a list of the reasons this song is awful. while i do support this band and consider myself to be good friends with 2/4 of the people in it(not naming the two but some people might be able to figure it out if they in the least bit know me at all) i really dislike this song. i hate it when people ask for them to play it, because i’d much rather watch attack attack play for 6 hours than see this. 

1. this song was written in like 07 or some crazy obscure “i heard it first” time in the 2000s and originally recorded in like 08. this song is obviously a joke, and NOT current at all. 2012 =/= 2008. so no, this “music” isn’t from 2012 so don’t be depressed about it being a real song. 
2. blah blah blah sexist blah blah blah. everyone is sexist, and even girls will talk about staying in the kitchen and all the other dumb internet jokes. this particular point on your list is obviously targeted towards the author of this “song” and although you’re trying to be ambiguous about it, you obviously don’t like him because you’ve probably met him/heard about him and that’s completely fine because he may come off as being “sexist” or an asshole, which doesn’t even matter because opinions are opinions. music is… “subjective” and just because you may not like it at all or like the lyrics doesn’t mean that some weirdo out there probably jerks off to the frequencies of this song. i’m sure all of the people in all of your favorite bands are all assholes in their own way and you’re only singling this particular song/band/person because you know who it is. 
3. i think everyone SHOULD donate to your fund, but only so maybe you can pay someone to help update your sense of humor. this song is a joke, there is an All That reference in the lyrics. 

it doesn’t matter if you don’t like it, it doesn’t matter if you like it. don’t listen to it. don’t support them. if you have that big of a problem, write a diss track or something. posting about it on tumblr isn’t edgy enough. i really can’t believe people still like/dislike music because it’s cool or because someone else is doing it. everyone needs to go jump off a bridge, god knows i’m probably going to. 

There’s nothing “cool” about recognizing a shit band with a shit dude at the forefront of it.  I don’t have anything personal against most of the guys in this group, but being a third rate Ghost Inside ripoff with keyboards IN 2012 is a bit sad.

it’s sad but it happens, and there are a lot of other bands who do the same thing that are out making money and have thousands of fans because that many people have bad taste in music. there are a thousand kids who probably have Ghost Inside lyrics as chest piece tattoos, but it’s not something that any one person will ever be able to change, but instead of focusing on a song from this long ago, talk shit about something more current. it’s the equivalent of bringing up the holocaust and everyone getting offended. shit happened, deal with it. the whole “my opinion is better than yours” mentality is silly. i’m just really bummed that anyone would take the time out of their day to post something like this, and more bummed that i even took the time to reply. 

Here’s something current: their new music sucks, too.  Your band blows this shit away and you don’t have a bunch of lame snapbacks, E-Town first draft lyrics and six years of hassling mediocre metalcore bands to drop guest vocals on a song that belongs on a Rise Records sampler.
